A point is scored when the ball touches the ground in the opponent's court, goes out after an opponent's touch, or on an opponent's fault. First to 25 points (with a 2-point lead) wins the set.
Each time a team wins the serve, its players rotate one position clockwise. This ensures all players cycle through all positions on the court.
